*irresponsible speculation at this point*. I think it could look like a number of different things. But in keeping with my motivation of the post I would say the forest looks like smaller dependent communities/states and in each community having more homogeneous beliefs or something to tie them together at a more fundamental level. I would also have to say the ‘forest’ status lacks the available credit that currently exists to barrow on the future that is currently being done. So things are paid in full, which changes a cascade of characteristics about life. Presumably for the long term benefit but it won’t be comfortable.
