Good question. And tbf, jacks been very reachable historically (and reasonable) with his customers, just poking fun at what the situation must be like right now. Listened to his long podcast about the event recently. Some bodies should surface soon, if they haven't already (liquidity providers)

I already went through the app for this. Support ended the thread with "due to [whatever state bullshit] we can't give you any information about why you account was denied".
