Needlessly Pedantic Man here:

Hispanic isn't a race. The overwhelming majority of hispanics are white.

There should just be two columns:

- "White on Black" = 106

- "Black on White" = 1552

Spain is part of Europe, yes

However there is significant admixture with Beringians

US American Indians commit violent crimes at about twice the US average, so if there is a genetic predisposition to violence in that group it seems likely to explain at least some of the 'Hispanic' vs White difference

Fair enough, but I stand by my position and I think the point being made by this graph is more dramatic with just the two columns I described.
