Thanks for the kind words. Do it at your own pace. I don’t know how relatable my own experience is to others, but Instagram was surprisingly easier to quit than I expected. From the Meta ecosystem, WhatsApp was by far the hardest. Initially, even members of my own family scattered around the world didn’t bother to install Signal to keep in touch. Nobody took it seriously. Over time though, everyone who really mattered eventually created an account to stay in touch.
As for LinkedIn, I assume I’ll have to work hard to replace it with in-person professional networking. There's no real alternatives to the professional networking side of LinkedIn that I know of.
