No shit Sherlock, but rampant diseases exist when you bomb children in refugee camps. You think polio is the worst?

Polio is a pretty bad one with easy preventative measures that have been proven to work. There are also organizations that work with refugee camps in order to prevent and treat other diseases. What seems to be the problem of a polio vaccination campaign?
