I noticed when I have a really good cheat day with carbs and go back to carnivore, I drop a couple pounds. It's weird. Like I was plateauing at let's say 58, then ate a massive carb load, went back on it, weighed 56, then plateaued, ate a massive carb load, went back to carnivore, weighed 54...it's like I have to do carnivore for a couple of weeks, then shocked my system so when I start carnivore it works again. Now I'm not saying this is healthy, I'm just saying I lost ten lbs this way..

I recently heard an interview with a doctor who specializes in thyroid issues in women say that she prefers women to break with carnivore once every two weeks or so.

Might be related to the hormones they pump into some cattle..?

I hadn't thought of that. That's a bit scary. 😅

That's wild, I have hashimoto

Oh, girl... You need to watch that video. Hol' up. Lemme fetch that.

I was just going to ask if you could let me see it

Ty watching it right now, and that reminds me you sent me a video earlier

Yup. Though, this one is much more important.

half way in and i am like she is describing me to a T

Yup. That's what called that to mind. So... I highly recommend following that doctor's advice about what to check and what your levels should be, as most doctors are idiots.

its funny i said to my last doctors i want to work outside the box (it was in regards to something else, but i mentioned i keep getting the same thing over and over). i am really frustrated because i feel like i keep getting the same answer. So I will definitely research this more. Thank you. 🫂

It hurts me that EVERY WOMAN I KNOW gets ignored by doctors, even female doctors. WTF!

I really do hope that this info is useful to you. ❤️

i am going to try to change that.
