Was thinking 2 mile jogs in morning. Nothing crazy. HIT is too advanced/hardcore for me
Try the jog if you like, I just hate jogging lol
Walking does the job just perfectly
Will give it a try. Last time I did it, a very long time ago, I got shin splints in two months. What could possibly go wrong ?
