Walking does the job just perfectly

Will give it a try. Last time I did it, a very long time ago, I got shin splints in two months. What could possibly go wrong ?

Def the shoes and soles. Get some good ones for walking/ running

In middle of something, but literally off to buy some inexpensive buy some afterwards. Still rocking the Flux's btw. White ones are tough to keep clean though
