👮‍♂️ NSA Publishes Report on Anonymous Electronic Cash

On June 18, 1996, the NSA published the report "How to Make a Mint: The Cryptography of Anonymous Electronic Cash." The report only became public on October 31.

This report reviews the scientific literature on cryptographic methods for implementing secure electronic cash systems.
