And it's not just the Jews who do this population-swapping and -mixing to make their slaves less likely to revolt. The Babylonians did it too, forcing populations from diverse regions to migrate and live together in the same territory. This makes revolutions far less likely.
Having a high-trust society of people whose heritage, culture, genetics, and values are very closely aligned makes overthrowing an oppressor orders of magnitude easier. And the oppressors know that.

did you move "home" to wherever your race/ethnicity/cultural group came from? cause my guess is you quite enjoy lots of elements of the mixed experience of where you grew up or live now and it didn't take an "oppressor" to convince you of that.
