Well, sell it by spending it. You'd find it fairly difficult to spend BTC directly to meaningfully improve your life. We still live in a time where you have to exchange the BTC for shitty fiat, so you can buy what you want with the fiat.

We are lucky enough to live on Bitcoin and spend it nearly every day! And I would say our lives are very much improved, even more so from stepping outside of the fiat system altogether.

Then I'm happy for you. My thoughts are that for some people, meaningfully improving their lives means buying some land somewhere and leaving a peaceful life there. Those kind of transactions are not common to be done in BTC. Of course there are other things that you can directly spend BTC on.
