Well, they would call it "independent foreign policy by a sovereign nation". Apparently this includes business deals with a country that is committing genocide right now. Also China hasn't stopped any exports or imports as far as I know. It seems like all nations (with very few exceptions) are OK with these actions and just wait until the last Palestinian has been removed or annihilated. Then they can build a few memorials to remember that what happened shouldn't have happened and so on...
