I don't think so. You don't know who is running the nodes and how much decentralization there is with MoNeRo.

Getting Bitcoin with non-KYC is getting out of their Jurisdiction. This is why they don't want it to happen.

non-KYC Bitcoin is anonymous, but not private. Anyone in the world can see your transactions and that is it's Achilles' heel.
