My health improved dramatically when I accepted that everything I had been told about health and nutrition was a lie. I befriended this bodybuilder online who gave me lots of great advice and I tweaked it from there.

Simply put, it's less about what you DO eat and more about what you DON'T eat.

Do not eat:

any oil besides olive, avacado, & coconut

Soy

Artificial sweetener

Artificial food dye

GMO

Breakfast (unless you do manual labor)
