Simply put, it's less about what you DO eat and more about what you DON'T eat.

Do not eat:

any oil besides olive, avacado, & coconut

Soy

Artificial sweetener

Artificial food dye

GMO

Breakfast (unless you do manual labor)

I like that way of looking at it, what you DONT eat.

I think you forgot wheat (when GMO'd or otherwise), gluten (GMO or otherwise) and cow's milk (all cow's milk, including A2 casein cow's milk).

Whats wrong with cows milk?

Some people are unable to digest it, like I am.

Goat's milk is the alternative that treats A1 Casein intolerant people much better in comparison.

I heard the mongols intoduced the lactose digesting gene into Europe, what with all their raping and what not.
