70% of America is obese because only 30% have a genetic tolerance for carbohydrate.

That might not be a fact, but that's what I'm hearing.

The end of carbohydrate standard in 1971.

.. or maybe something else.. 👀

Thats a data dump if i ever seen one lol, thanks.

It’s then linoleic acid, found in extremely high amounts in seed oils

And extremely low amounts in ghee 😎

More ghee, better life.

Performance butter maximalism 🤘

What about Kerrygold?

I think it’s the glyphosate in the wheat that causes trouble breaking down gluten.

It’s forbidden in Europe and Asia, but mandatory on American wheat products

Interesting, thanks.

Sadly that is not true, glyphosate is not banned in EU

Shocking, was under the impression it was

Bro, you ever seen the portions they serve over there? Order for one could feed a family of four

My health improved dramatically when I accepted that everything I had been told about health and nutrition was a lie. I befriended this bodybuilder online who gave me lots of great advice and I tweaked it from there.

Simply put, it's less about what you DO eat and more about what you DON'T eat.

Do not eat:

any oil besides olive, avacado, & coconut

Soy

Artificial sweetener

Artificial food dye

GMO

Breakfast (unless you do manual labor)

I like that way of looking at it, what you DONT eat.

I think you forgot wheat (when GMO'd or otherwise), gluten (GMO or otherwise) and cow's milk (all cow's milk, including A2 casein cow's milk).

Whats wrong with cows milk?

Some people are unable to digest it, like I am.

Goat's milk is the alternative that treats A1 Casein intolerant people much better in comparison.

I heard the mongols intoduced the lactose digesting gene into Europe, what with all their raping and what not.

I love the stuff

When I travel overseas (primarily Asia) if you want a larger portion you ask for 'American size'. We just eat for pleasure. And yeah, processed food is bad for you.
