Does anyone know the law(s) in Italy around VPN, Tor, and encryption?
I know there are some pretty Orwellian bills on the table, but what is the current law & best practice for basic digital privacy in the EU?

I use Tor inside VPN Tunnel (mostly) to Switzerland from Austria.
