Exactly; I've been thinking for some time now that the natural state of human organization is a lack of representation. Once a populous gets so large as to defer authority to make decisions on behalf of the people, it is too big. We're still a long way from returning to that state, but it feels like we're making our way back with Singapore, the UAE, and El Salvador somewhat leading the way.
