Switched breakfast from sugar and bacon to inflammation busting fish salad, dark berries, whole beard / oats, and tzatziki

Donโ€™t eat again until 4

Finish day with 1.5 hours of cardio calisthenics (Capoeira)

Down 9 lbs since Thanksgiving

I need to take this as inspiration. Had an ankle surgery earlier this year that busted up my exercise routine and then I let the diet go to crap also. Back at it now though ๐Ÿ’ช

Get after it bro! Eating like this feels so good man. I donโ€™t get hungry all day and I donโ€™t get hungry after 6. Basically two meals a day of whole protein, dairy, leafy greens, carbs, and fruits. Plus a bunch of water throughout the day.
