I need to take this as inspiration. Had an ankle surgery earlier this year that busted up my exercise routine and then I let the diet go to crap also. Back at it now though ๐ช
Get after it bro! Eating like this feels so good man. I donโt get hungry all day and I donโt get hungry after 6. Basically two meals a day of whole protein, dairy, leafy greens, carbs, and fruits. Plus a bunch of water throughout the day.
