Last few weeks there were quite some delays at the shipping companies (we use multiple). Many emails were sent up and down but we were happy to see the digital smiles once the packages finally arrived. Attached some PoW from our clients. We also receive emails regarding data removal. Our website automatically deletes all customer data after a month. But we also permanently delete all order data manually (ip-addresses & other order data). In our shipping account we delete the data, there is however no shipping company that deletes the data permanently. People can look back for a couple of weeks with their track and trace code. We’ve asked multiple shipping companies if we could make data deletion possible. This is however not the case. Always be aware that there is some sticky data with an order that is shipped! Just like our great colleagues from nostr:npub1l5pxvjzhw77h86tu0sml2gxg8jpwxch7fsj6d05n7vuqpq75v34syk4q0n we make sure all data we can delete is being removed!
We’re currently not aware of other signing device resellers that take your data as serious as we do. We understand this is bad for meh “marketing”, but it’s good for you!
