got in an accident with the 3000gt today :( rear ended.

not too much damage, but the guy tried to drive off and i followed his ass all the way to his destination. he was very angry. told him it was either you give me your insurance information, or i call the cops and tell them you did a hit and run. that shut him up pretty fast.

dude had a brand new mercedes AMG, but tried to act like he was broke. He messed with the wrong girl.

I would’ve been like fuck him, cops being called. Granted I was rear-ended by a brand new Mercedes years ago. It was a shit-show of a situation. Had to get a lawyer. My lawyer asked what resolution I was hoping for and I said the car and a baseball bat.

i know i should’ve, but after explaining to him that he will get arrested and either get a felony or misdemeanor charge, it scared him enough to calm down. i didn’t want him to ruin his own life over an accident

first i’ll send him an estimate and if he refuses go through his insurance. giving him a chance to deal with it on his own, bc insurance will fuck him up if i do have to go through them
