You have to get a NIP-05 identifier on a relay. I used the free relay https://nostrcheck.me for some time and can only recommend it.

From what I understand, you register a „user name“ on a relay. It serves as a kind of shorthand for your npub key. This will then make it easier for other people to find you here and to mention you in posts.

I can’t access them at all maybe they’ve expired as they are months old
