I've been noticing a pattern when it comes to my migraines over the last couple of months.

So electrolytes (except sodium) and B-vitamins seem to help reduce the severity and times they occur, while moving my head in certain positions such as bending over causes migraines. I'm starting to think I might have an electrolyte imbalance.

Anyone got any ideas? #AskNostr #AskDoctors #Healthstr

Some theories suggest that migraine headaches may involve changes in blood flow.

You can try putting your hands in hot, cold water, or eating something to see if it affects your headache. May change blood flow enough to help.
