I've been noticing a pattern when it comes to my migraines over the last couple of months.

So electrolytes (except sodium) and B-vitamins seem to help reduce the severity and times they occur, while moving my head in certain positions such as bending over causes migraines. I'm starting to think I might have an electrolyte imbalance.

Anyone got any ideas? #AskNostr #AskDoctors #Healthstr

Mind.

Wouldn't be surprised if it plays a role too.

Lack of electrolytes is the most common cause of migraines.

I thought it was hypertension.

I have hypertension but almost never get headaches. I can see how they would be related, though.

I think the first treatment to try for all ailments is just sunlight. Directly on skin, no sunscreen, every day - try that before anything else.

i used to get visual migraines a lot, that had some connection with energy drinks and coffee

the electrolytes element makes sense because it also seems like, now i have stopped drinking coffee for just on 3 weeks now, that low electrolytes also exacerbates low kidney function

i am feeling way better now

what about watching the screens too much or struggling with eyesight? This was my cause...

How are you? Here are my ideas. Im not formally qualified to give advice, but I can point you to a few places where you may find relief.

1. DoctorYourself.com

Search ‘migraine’ in the box. This was set up by Andrew Saul, he had several brilliant presentations of vitamin c on youtube. (Same as Dr Thomas Levy. A cardiologist and lawyer)

2. Clive de Carle on Bitchute, and Youtube

(Magnesium may help, dosage is important, and the form of magnesium is also important, I think he has a video that talked about that.

3. Dr Eric Berg on Youtube.

4. Barbara O’Neill on youtube and X.

5. Jerry Tennant on youtube. He treated people using his understanding on electricity/electrons…with success.

6. Are there any high band phone masts near you? Or do you work a lot with electronics devices? Is your migraine a recent thing? You may have been sensitised by EMF…

7. Vitamin C. Quality ascorbic acid. High dose and at regular interval. Lyposomnal C is good. Dr Thomas Levy also talked about it.

8. Coconut water?

9. Dr Hazel Parcells. Do some research on baking soda and migraines. (Must be pure baking soda - such as Bob’s Red Mill)

10. Homeopathic remedies

11. Cranial Osteopathy by a fully registered osteopath.

Migraine is very painful, I hope you can find a cure for yours soon.

It's not normal to be getting migraines on a recurring basis. I would consider the possibility that the foods you are eating at not what you should be eating.

Keep a diary to relate headaches to a cause.

Some theories suggest that migraine headaches may involve changes in blood flow.

You can try putting your hands in hot, cold water, or eating something to see if it affects your headache. May change blood flow enough to help.
