“Bitcoin influencers” like Breedlove, Saifedean, and Jimmy Song saved me from the Luna collapse and the exchanges I was staking my life savings in. No way I’d be a bitcoiner today if it wasn’t for those “influencers.”

Who was it that got you into Luna in the first place?
Normie friends got me interested in crypto talking about defi as the future of finance. I thought it was a scam so I ignored it. Saw bitcoin price tank after Tesla removed Bitcoin payments and concluded it was dead. A few months later, the price recovered without anything really happening. To me that was enough proof that it isn’t dead and is going to be around for a while so I should learn about it. Since it’s all lumped together under this umbrella crypto term, you have to learn about everything. So I’m looking everywhere I can online for info about the top crypto coins and the Bitcoin influencers don’t rank very highly in the search results. I was following a crypto bro on YouTube that was feeding me garbage info.
