To my knowledge, it's just due to rounding due to the tiny size of the transaction.
If your transacted arount is so small that it doesn't divide easily into cents, the rounding of the price will have noticeable affects on the purchase price.
140k lines up with the Canadian dollar exchange rate this week. Is there a currency mix-up?
