Like it but I find breaded meat cheating
Makes great waffles too. Crushed rinds, an egg or two and some cream cheese. Mix well, cook as any waffle
Love it.
It’s pig skin. No breading.
Tallow
Tallow works too. I prefer lard with the pork panko though. Better flavor symbiosis, imo.
