Waiting at the airport. Our flight is 8 hours delay. So we get "compensation " 4 euros for coffee. But you cannot even buy coffee for this price..So #thankyouwizzair π©

Is it an EU flight? "The amount of compensation is between β¬250 and β¬600 per passenger" when flight is more than 3 hours delayed (measured by arrival).

EU doesn't mesa around. I have received compensation for 4 passengers (β¬1,000) several times.
I already filled the form for compensation and I should received around 400e. So hopefuly I will get that money soon. π±
You must... Otherwise wizzair gets heavy penalties. Don't let it slide, escalate with EU if they are dragging their feet!

Should have been β¬250 per passager. Is wizzair taking a cheeky admin fee or did you use a third party service?
I used third party service (to save time) - they wrote that I will get around 400β¬ back. Actually I will have covered all travel costs from my work, but it still will be nice to get something. π€
