Yes. Russia doesn't deny the attacks on strategic and military targets. They are however denying the bombing of said children's hospital. It appears that the anti-air missle fired by the Ukraine has simply missed it's target.
It looks like one was way to the left, the rest were concentrated on a small area. Whole thing just sucks ass.
