Who recommends using private nostr relays? What relays do you use? How do you sign up for a private relay? What does a typical private relay cost?

Check out nostr:npub1wtuh24gpuxjyvnmjwlvxzg8k0elhasagfmmgz0x8vp4ltcy8ples54e7js's relay, wss://nostr.thesamecat.io.

There's a 500 sat sign-up fee when you add your npub, then you're good to go.
