Why? The “system” benefits from cheap corn
Probably fear of illicit funds flowing out.
Why would you expect that?
Scared businesses, scared banks want to have house in order in maximum uncertainty.
At this point its a garden variety correction with extra trump hate/uncertainty mixed in. Pretty standard so far, we will see if anything really blows up.
