When I run out of sats I simply go to wallet and send myself some. I know that buying through Primal is very fast and convenient but its not like its primal focus of this app, at least not for me

In that restaurant you have paid for shrimps all you can eat. I see you paid for that status here, same as I did. When I paid for it I didnt see any information that they will provide this particular service so imo your example isnt accurate or I missed something in user agreement or whatever. If you're looking for a way to obtain sats I propose you trying BullBitcoin, I like their attitude and service they provide.

I dont know. I liked it bc I could just buy btc with card and zap people. Maybe they are changing something, some service is not working, have other priorities or simply need some rest.
