Depends on the direction:
Chain to Lightning: all good to close browser after sending chain tx, just keep your lightning wallet open if it's a noncustodial mobile wallet like Phoenix.
Lightning to Chain: Keep your browser open until you see a pending chain transaction in your receiving wallet. Browser needs to be open to claim.
