You can do it. It is worth it. Im not there yet. Waiting for the snow to melt and spring cleaning time to arrive before i can dig out the home gym. Which has now been taken over by towers of empty boxes from my mates side hustle business.

That is priority 1 for me soon. My goal is to get back up to 200 crunches, 200 pushups, 1 mile walk on the treadmill, and 5 miles on the bike for my daily routine.

the original post is disingenuous, dishonest, and misleading because 1 hr is more than 4% of your waking, non-working time, which is what matters.
