Went to an ultrasound today, and there is a paper dispenser to wipe gel off the body. The clinic bought a very expensive dispenser for some reason, but then the war and sanctions started, it turned out that the dispenser needed its own branded paper rolls, and deliveries to Russia stopped. As a result, a Russian paper roll was stuffed into the dispenser, and now it doesn't know how to tear it off, and people have to literally fight with it to rip the paper out of it.
What could possibly be the moral here? Don't attack Ukraine and start a war against all of Europe? No. Proprietary goes fuck itself. Only buy technology that is accessible and open to all.
