What did you find enjoyable about Win 3.1 ?
For me, that was when everything went to shit (after the DOS years, which were fine).
I think my favourite thing about it was being 30 years younger than I am now.

The last OS I really enjoyed was whatever the first Linux I tried was after deciding to finally abandon Windows (10). Even today, hardly a day goes by that I'm not consciously grateful that I'm not subjecting myself to Windows anymore.
Then try out the Commander x16.
