Also no, they don't work. Since this is just a standardness change to mempool policy, it wouldn't stop them anyways. For the same reason decreasing OP_RETURN doesn't work. So actually I'm wrong. This doesn't even work as good as an adblocker. An adblocker in the browser works better than this does.
