He never has, it's so sad. But his decision ultimately landed him in this position. I just can't be his dad anymore. It's really unfortunate.

You can call utility offices yourself & pay the bill on addresses that you don’t own.
I’ve never had any of them tell me no when I’ve done this in the past. I realize it’s not preferable as you want your uncle to do right. But if it’s truly about him having water this is one way to help. 💜🙌
