No, just stay there. My first impression could be about some erros in my data ... 
I need to examine why it might not publish for you. The form looks fine. Do you get a prompt from your signing extension or an alert box? If you blocked alert boxes then it wont work because I currently use them to unlock a local signing key if you aren't using an extension
