Going to give this a try on my degoogled phone as long as the code checks out for safety. Is it in the fdroid repos?

It requires full network access and downloading a voice model from hugging face. Not down for that risk level.

For downloading the models. After that they claim there is no network access.

You can block its Internet access using the TrackerControl app to be safe.
