There are two keys to getting up early

1. Having something to be excited about

2. Cold showers

After leaving my 9-5 in 2021 I spent the next few years in a slump

Went from 7am to 730am to 8am then struggling to get for 9am

But for the last 9 months I've been up at 6 (even most weekends) and have done a daily bitcoin show every day as well

Life changing

The cold showers are like a line of cocaine (from what I hear) without the crash

I used to wake up at 4:50 am to workout but after my 3rd baby I don’t have the energy for that and I really don’t need to wake up that early, so now I wake up around 6ish with the school schedule. No matter how many years I’ve woken up early, my body doesn’t like it 🤪 I just wasn’t built that way I guess 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️

I do take cold showers but usually after my workout 🏋️‍♂️

That’s great that you still wake up early, there is something nice about it. And definitely having something to look forward to doing helps. Way to go on the consistency of your bitcoin show! I do the same with my podcast but with the kids schedule it’s usually done mid day when the baby naps 😅

My husband is the same way, even on the weekend he tends to wake up early.
