No not really. That's pretty much all you need to do. The administrator takes care of everything for us.

Some relays have dashboard to import/export your notes if you ever want to move relays but for now Nostr is new and all we really need is for spam to go away. The bots don't want to pay for relays so the paid relays are the safest place to be for now.
