I’m aware of the situation and have been in contact with their support, but the UX is still shit.
they hit me with a 5 day waiting period on ACH. then a surprise custodian migration lockout. now going on a week waiting on the withdrawal.
meanwhile their site says withdrawals may to “up to 1 day” and cory is all over twitter saying they’re processing withdrawals.
I appreciate their situation but I’m just frustrated with the whole experience.
