I haven’t dug into the whole seed oil thing too deeply, but I’d say peanuts are the exception here. They’re very nutrient rich with over 30 essential nutrients alone and very healthy and versatile as George Washington Carver demonstrated. There were over 300 uses at the time, probably more now.

Source: grew up where 65% of the US peanuts are grown within 100 mile radius. It’s our thing.

Have read negative things about peanuts. Been doing some research for the last 6 months.

I would just say, do what feels good for you. I try to touch almost zero seed oils

Fk it. I'm not giving up peanuts or peanut butter.

That’s okey bro. Imo you can’t skip everything out of your life. If you already skip all the rest of the toxic stuff, it’s already a huge step.

For those who know about this is it only the oil that's bad or all the seed. For instance: sunflower oil is bad, are sunflower seeds bad too ?

Also wasn't the whole George Washington Carver thing a big myth ?

All seed oils are bad.

I’m not a nutritionist of medical expert. But just do some research on it and the corrupt subsidizing scheme of big food and pharma corporations. I’m sure that if you’d a critical mindset to question the financial system and dive deep the Bitcoin rabbit hole, you’ll be able to do the same with the food system.

OK what animal oil do you suggest? Butter? Anything else?

Butter, ghee, tallow

Again I’m new to it! There are people on this platform that can give you waaaay better advice than me 😅

Eat what the ancient Greeks would eat.

There's just no way I can give up nuts & olives. Some of my joys of life.

Olives are okey. That’s a fruit.

Nuts and seeds are a bit more complicated.

But yeah sure, absolutely right! You can’t skip it all
