Personally more worried about the plastic we are consuming and less about the plastic we are touching.
Microplastics are the new asbestos but not as harmful
Glass and stainless steel when possible + ruminant animals over fish
But most people are doing way worse things to worry about microplastics. Like worrying about which supplements to take when you have been working out for 2 days

Very true. Definitely do not want to be eating that stuff. I feel like plastic food containers, water bottles, and cookware like cutting boards are deceptive though because people do not realize that they leach chemicals into the food.
One day food and drinks packed in plastic will be looked back on like lead pipes are today.
