I agree they have the incentive too. I just don’t agree they have the ability.

They have the ability evidently to make it extremely difficult for you to buy it, earn it or custody it as a US citizen while having no power over the asset or its functions. Wherever in the world you decide to live, you are accountable to the US government as a citizen. Other countries will offer citizenship for Bitcoin and create incentives to welcome you if the US doesn't, then you can take your 12 words with you. Unless the US fully recognizes it to live alongside the USD instead of fighting it

They can make it difficult but never can make it impossible.

I do agree that other countries will be much favorable because they will view the technology as something which will allow their citizens to amass wealth. The US may view it as a way in which they go broke and lose the dollar power. I just hope the US forgets about their massive hood stockpile and ability to confiscate coinbases 600k coins. Really don’t want to see the US stay at the top after all they have done.
