They can make it difficult but never can make it impossible.
I do agree that other countries will be much favorable because they will view the technology as something which will allow their citizens to amass wealth. The US may view it as a way in which they go broke and lose the dollar power. I just hope the US forgets about their massive hood stockpile and ability to confiscate coinbases 600k coins. Really don’t want to see the US stay at the top after all they have done.
