Pretty sure I just lost a phone with my nprv and like $15 of bitcoin on it.

It was a cashu wallet that I never expected to get zapped as much as it did. Never backed up anything. It's 15 bucks. Meh.
Think of it as 15K sats, then you'll never forget how much that phone was worth.
