Do you mean the exif data stored in the file, or things that happen to be on the photo but should not?

Data in the file
I use a screen / region capture tool, never use pictures directly from the camera. I don't have a smart phone, but even if i Had I would not use it for making pictures.
Apart from that I believe that the pictures themselves possibly revealing information are the bigger issue.
